Wednesday Training 04/03

Meet at clubhouse at 6pm or North st. at 6.20pm.

There are 3 session options as below so the session is suitable for ALL abilities. If you haven’t run with us before it’s FREE to try. If you have but have fallen off the wagon it’s a good place to start your comeback!

Options are: 6 x 1 Mile, 6 x 1200m or 6 x 800m. All going off every 7min30sec.
