1. Who can Join?
Anyone from 9 year olds to 90.
2. How much is it to join?
Annual Membership fees: Senior Men & Women £50, Juniors £50, 2nd Child £35, Family membership £100. If you are interested why not come along to one of our training sessions or races or contact us for more details.
3. What Facilities do you have?
We have our own clubhouse which has male/female changing, showers and toilets. The club also has a compact gym, with free weights , spin bikes and rowing machine
4. When do you train?
Members train from the clubhouse every day of the week. The organised sessions are advertised on “This weeks training” page which is updated every Sunday.
5. Where do you train?
We train at various locations around Greenock, including, Ravenscraig Stadium, Battery park, Darroch park, The trails around the Greenock hills.
6. Do you have to be a good runner to join?
We welcome all standards from beginners to experienced runners.
7. Can I get running advice?
We have a number of UK qualified coaches, and lots more experienced runners who will give you advice on your running.

Hi Murray, Apologies but just picked this up, You would be very welcome to come along any time to any of the Sessions on the This Weeks Training page. Keep an eye on the page as the venues sometimes change. Hope to see you soon
