Beith Harriers 10km Road Races 2/1/24
The long standing Beith Harriers New Years road races took place in Tue 2nd January 2024. A trio of harriers made the short journey to the historic race with all 3 seniors finishing in the top 10. Andrew Osbourne continued his rich vein of form into the New Year with another solid sub 35-minute 10km. Since joining the club last year John Logan has gone from strength to strength, setting a new 10km PB over an undulating course. Marathon man Oliver Reilly did brilliant to hold on after sustaining some hamstring issues around the 4km mark.

Falkland Yomp Trail Race 7/1/24
After a successful launch the new race returned in January, providing runners with a chance to race over 11km on the trails with over 480m of ascent. New member Andrew Blair was the solo Harrier completing the race in 19th place (55:45). Well done Andrew!

3k on the Green 26/1/24
Malcom MacLean was the only Harrier at this year’s first 3k on the Green. Malcolm finished in 17th place in a time of 11:09.

Buchlyvie 10km 27/1/24
John Logan was back at it again with another 10km race and another personal best time finishing 4th place in 35:39. It was great to see Jennifer Telford back on the start line finishing 5th in her age category in a time of 51:07.

Track series – 10km race 28/1/24
Three Harriers took on the 25 lap race around the track. Wes Pattison finished 2nd in 35:45 with Debbie Mckenzie (47:36) and Fiona Cushnaghan (61:18) both running excellent races.
Ardgartan Trail Race 3/2/24
In the 20 mile trail race Kevin Craig and John Logan toed the start line. With no official results posted yet we believe that John finished 4th place in 2 hours 56 minutes. Finding his running mojo Captain Kev finished in an excellent 7th place in 3 hours 12 minutes.

British Universities Cross Country Championships 3/2/24
Dylan Crawford and Harry and Ruby McGill all travelled to Leeds to take part in what looked like a brutally muddy race.
In the Women’s race Ruby finished a meritorious 200th in a field of 554. Ruby’s time was 32:48.
In the Men’s race, Harry finished 137th (31:31) and Dylan 216th (32:53) in a field of 679.
