Training is now open to 4 week free trials for non-members.

Numbers are not limited, but you MUST book the session via private Facebook group or email greenockglenparkharriers@gmail.com

New to the club? Please search for ‘Greenock Glenpark Harriers members and parents’ on Facebook and join the private group for more info (strictly members only).

Our junior section is very popular and there is usually a waiting list for junior training. Please emailing us first to find out about availability before turning up to training.

Monday

Seniors – Esplanade Lifebelts – Meet at Esplanade Cafe end for 6.20pm

Tuesday

Junior training – Ravenscraig Stadium 6.15 to 7.15pm (up to 7.45pm for sprint group). Meet outside the stadium – no entry prior to 6.15pm.

‘Couch to Club Runner’ – Hoping to return soon…

Wednesday

Seniors – Endurance session. Meet at bottom of North Street on Esplanade for 6.20pm

Thursday

Junior training – Ravenscraig Stadium 6.00 to 7.00pm (up to 7.30pm for sprint group). Meet outside the stadium – no entry prior to 6.00pm.

Seniors track session from 6.20pm

Saturday

Junior training – Ravenscraig Stadium 11.30am to 12.30pm (up to 1.00pm for sprint group). Meet outside the stadium – no entry prior to 11.30am.

Sunday

Juniors & Seniors at Tower Hill from 11am
